Howard P. ("Pete") Colhoun, CFA
Chairman
Mr. Colhoun spent 20 years at T. Rowe Price Group and over that time was Director of Investment Research, Director of Mutual Funds, and President and Portfolio Manager of the New Era Fund. He founded Emerging Growth Partners- a unique, institutional partnership investing in both public and private small companies. He was a principal participant on Wall Street Week, a national Public Television program for 32 years. Today, he serves on nine boards, for both profit and non-profit companies, including the Harbor Mutual Funds, with $50 billion in assets. He is a senior investment advisor to the Gates Family of Colorado. He is a graduate of Princeton University, Harvard Business School, and was a Fulbright Scholar in Norway. He is a founder of a family foundation, and writes and lectures on the topic of philanthropy.

Ralph E. Stuart, Jr.
One of the founding partners of Wellington Management Company of Boston, Mr. Stuart is a 1956 graduate of Princeton University. Until his retirement in 1997, Mr. Stuart was responsible for overseeing Wellington's investment process, which included the functions of research, economics, and trading. He developed the firm's investment counseling service for individuals, and was an original director of the Wellington Trust Company, a fully integrated investment affiliate.

Gene Tremblay, CFA
As a partner and executive at the Wellington Management Company of Boston, Mr. Tremblay served as the firm's Director of Research and Trading until his retirement in 2003. A Chartered Financial Analyst, Mr. Tremblay oversaw and directed Wellington's fundamental, economic and quantitative research and trading processes. He is a graduate of the New Jersey Institute of Technology and the Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration.

Siri S. Marshal
Siri Marshall served as General Counsel of General Mills and Avon. She is a
Harvard and Yale Law School graduate. She is a director of Ameriprise
Financial Inc. and Equifax, Inc., and a trustee of the Minneapolis Institute
of Arts. She is on the board of the Yale Center for the Study of Corporate
Law and a distinguished advisor to the Straus Institute for Dispute
Resolution. Siri was a director of the American Arbitration Assoc., the
Institute for Conflict Prevention and Resolution, and she served on the
NYSE Legal Advisory Committee.

Pete Dawkins
Pete Dawkins is a founder and senior partner of Flintlock Capital Asset
Management. He began his career at Lehman Brothers, ran for U.S.
senator from New Jersey, worked at Bain and Company, became Chairman
and CEO of Primerica, served Citigroup in insurance, private banking, and
global wealth management. A 1959 graduate of West Point, Pete served
for 24 years in the U.S. Army. He led an 82nd Airborne company, the 3rd
Brigade of the 101st Airborne, was promoted to Brigadier General, taught
at West Point, was a White House Fellow, and served as assistant to the
Deputy Secretary of Defense. Pete won the Heisman Trophy, was a Rhodes
Scholar, studied at Oxford, and received a masters and Ph.D. from the
Woodrow Wilson School at Princeton.

Susan Read Cronin
Susan Read Cronin serves as a Director at MCM where she participates in client development, client relationship management, and in Manchester Capital's strategic planning. She frequently attends board of advisors' meetings and helps interview prospective employees and board members. Her efforts are focused at the Vermont office, but she also attends meetings in the New York and California office depending on client or company needs.
Susan graduated with a BA from Williams College. In her professional life, Susie is a bronze sculptor with galleries located around the country. She is involved with supporting non-profits and serves on the board of the Vermont Studio Center. In her spare time, she likes to knit, walk, sing, play guitar, write poetry, and travel with her husband Ted. She is the mother of two young men, Read and Wright, and grandmother to Teddy.
