Harry P. Gelles

Harry is responsible for business development in our Montecito office. He taught investment management at UCLA's graduate school of business and currently serves on the Investment Committee of the Santa Barbara Foundation and on the Chumash Advisory Committee. Mr. Gelles has extensive real estate experience as the Vice President of Finance at the Del Webb Corporation and has been an investor in real estate for many years. He was an investment banker with Goldman Sachs and a Managing Director of White Weld and Dean Witter. Harry is a graduate of Phillips Exeter Academy, Harvard College, and the Graduate School of Business Administration at Harvard. He and his wife Gail have been active on a number of charitable boards in Santa Barbara and have traveled extensively. Harry is an avid tennis player and a fledgling song writer.
