Adam is responsible for managing real estate investment activity on behalf of the firm’s clients. He has over 15 years of experience in commercial real estate investment, including portfolio management, acquisitions, dispositions, financing, asset management, leasing, and capital improvements and has invested nationwide, with a focus on office, industrial, apartment, and retail properties. He has participated in over $3.1 billion in transactions and financing activity over the course of his career. Prior to joining MCM in 2018, Adam spent 13 years with BlackRock in Boston and New York, where he was a Director and Portfolio Manager responsible for managing multiple real estate portfolios on behalf of institutional clients, with investment strategies ranging from core to opportunistic. Prior to his time at BlackRock, Adam served as an acquisitions analyst at a Boston-based real estate firm, and he began his career at Rapp Collins in New York, where he implemented marketing campaigns on behalf of multinational clients. A native of Vermont, Adam earned a B.A. in Economics from Bates College, a M.S. in Finance from Northeastern University, and is a CFA charterholder as well as a member of the Urban Land Institute. In his free time, he enjoys skiing, traveling, and spending time with his wife and three children.
