HarryHarry P. Gelles

Harry is responsible for business development in Manchester Capital’s Montecito office. He taught investment management at UCLA’s graduate school of business and currently serves on the Investment Committee of the Santa Barbara Foundation and on the Chumash Advisory Committee. Mr. Gelles has extensive real estate experience as the Vice President of Finance at the Del Webb Corporation and has been an investor in real estate for many years. He was an investment banker with Goldman Sachs and a Managing Director of White Weld and Dean Witter. Harry is a graduate of Phillips Exeter Academy, Harvard College, and the Graduate School of Business Administration at Harvard. He and his wife Gail have been active on a number of charitable boards in Santa Barbara and have traveled extensively. Harry is an avid tennis player and a fledgling song writer.





Andrew Fuller, CFA

Andy has spent 30 years as a real estate developer, owner, and operator during which time he acquired, developed, built, and/or rehabilitated and operated over 1,000 multifamily units and several commercial properties.

Andy earned a B.S. and M.B.A. from the USC Marshall School of Business, with a concentration in entrepreneurship. He also holds a Chartered Financial Analyst designation, is a Registered Investment Advisor, and licensed California real estate broker and general building contractor. He is a past member of the Young President’s Organization.

Andy was born and raised in Santa Barbara where he resides with his wife and their two daughters. He is an outdoor fitness enthusiast and enjoys running, cycling, mountain biking, and watersports.
