Scott is the Chief Financial Officer and is based in the Manchester, Vermont office. As part of the Management Team, Scott is responsible for Manchester Capital’s financial operations, design of the financial information system, management of key financial relationships, as well as budget implementation and cost control, supervision of the accounting process and ensuring the integrity and accuracy of the accounting system. Prior to joining the firm in 2006, Scott held various financial leadership roles, including the Chicago, IL Division Controller with Corporate Express and the Manager of Mergers, Acquisitions and Divestments of the Dutch multinational Buhrmann, parent company of Corporate Express. Scott received a BS in Accounting from Bryant College and a Masters in Finance from the University of Denver. Scott started his career with Price Waterhouse and is a certified public accountant in the state of Colorado. Scott and his wife, Jennifer, a tax consultant and fellow CPA, are excited to be returning to their native Vermont. As an expatriate living in Amsterdam, Scott welcomed the birth of his daughter, Charlotte. While living abroad, Scott was able to travel Europe extensively. Beside traveling and spending time with his family, Scott enjoys playing ice hockey, skiing, mountain biking, hiking, and playing golf.
