Bart is based out of our Manchester office. He serves as our Chief Compliance Officer, directs our private real estate portfolios, and arranges derivative transactions for clients with high concentrations of low basis securities.
Prior to joining Manchester Capital in 1998, for ten years he was the Chief Financial Officer of Environmental Power Corp., a public company engaged in the development of electric power generating facilities. Bart started his career practicing with a CPA firm for eleven years with a concentration in audit, tax and business management services. His undergraduate studies focused on majors in accounting and finance at both the University of Vermont and Stetson University.
Bart is a resident of Dorset, Vermont and currently serves as President of a local youth sports program. He is a former Trustee and Treasurer of the Merck Forest Foundation and has served on numerous civic and charitable organizations.
The proud father of two teenagers, BartÂ’s ideal vacation is taking his kids surfing in Mexico.
