Jeff is the Managing Director of the firm's real estate efforts and is based in Charlottesville, Virginia. His principal areas of focus include providing assistance and advice on strategic commercial real estate acquisitions and divestitures, conducting research and analysis on potential and existing real estate projects, and managing related investment and administrative matters for select properties. Jeff has been active in principal investing in commercial real estate and private equity businesses for over thirty years. Prior to Manchester, he spent twenty years with a New York-area based single family office company. He has also served as a Vice President in the Energy & Minerals Division of Chemical Bank. Jeff's involvement in the private equity and real estate investment businesses consisted of analyzing, pricing, document negotiation and ongoing asset management responsibility. Jeff graduated with a BS from the University of Virginia, subsequently obtaining an MBA from the New York University Stern School of Business. He and his wife Kathy, were born and raised in Charlottesville and enjoy golfing with family and friends.
