Jeremy works as our Vice President of MCM Real Estate Services in the Montecito office, supporting the firm's growing real estate department. His duties include real estate acquisition, developing and implementing asset management strategies, and identifying real estate investment opportunities in growing markets. Prior to joining our firm in 2008, Jeremy was the Vice President of Real Estate Management and Operations at a Southern California based real estate investment firm and responsible for a portfolio of 750,000 square feet of commercial properties and 2700 residential units in California, Nevada, and Arizona. Jeremy is a licensed California Real Estate Broker, holds the Certified Property Management designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management and has a Bachelors of Science in Agricultural Business from California State University, Chico. He served in the United States Marine Corps for six years and was honorably discharged as a Sergeant. Jeremy lives in Ventura, California and he and his wife Julie are the proud parents of Blake and Natalie. In addition to spending time with his family, Jeremy is an avid salt water angler, scuba diver, and outdoorsman.
