Similarly, we formulate real estate investment strategies for our clients who are better served by real estate partnerships and Real Estate Investment Trusts, both in the U.S. and abroad.

We employ a collaborative process with clients, integrating the many agents, vendors, and interested parties in an efficient and effective effort. This process includes quantifying for a client an appropriate range of real estate exposure and their personal criteria, such as geographic locations, property types, and acceptable financial structures and vehicles. We execute the plan within a targeted time frame and provide ongoing asset management services in order to optimize investment return. We assist in arranging cost effective and term efficient financing, often auctioning the placement among competing bankers.

For clients with excess real estate holdings, we can manage a tax efficient process to liquidate properties in a timely and profitable manner. We advise on 1031 exchanges and help arrange the transfer of values from one asset to another.

We are experienced in the identification and acquisition of legacy real estate assets intended to be held for multiple generations. We assist clients in using real estate to achieve the client's or a related family foundation's charitable purposes, such as conservation easements to protect environmentally sensitive lands.
